Counsel for the Petitioner: MR.K.VASUDEVA REDDY The Court made the following: THE HON'BLE MR JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY WRIT PETITION No : 3927 of 2008 ORDER: This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not furnishing the information sought by the petitioner vide his representation dated 09-02-2007 under Right to Information Act, 2005, as illegal. At the hearing, Sri K. Vasudeva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition after correcting the mistakes contained in the affidavit. The request of the learned counsel is accepted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition as withdrawn, WPMP.No.5127 of 2008 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is also dismissed. Date: 26.02.2008 ES C.V.
