JUDGMENT: (per Hon’ble Sri Justice A. Gopal Reddy) This writ appeal by the Corporation is directed against the orders of the learned single Judge dated 25.2.2011 passed in W.P.No.2286 of 2011, whereby the learned single Judge directed the 2nd respondent therein to take a firm decision as to whether it is really necessary to place the writ petitioner under suspension to enable him to face the disciplinary proceedings or not, particularly, when the order itself is passed after four weeks after the date of the occurrence of the event, which is the subject matter of the disciplinary proceedings. It is brought to the notice of this Court that in compliance of the orders passed by the learned single Judge, the Deputy Chief Traffic Manager, Warangal, by proceedings No.02/95(01)/2011- WL-1, dated 7.3.2011, reviewed the matter with the material available on record and felt that suspension of the writ petitioner from service is warranted to facilitate a thorough probe into the misconduct and to take further action based on merits of the case. It is also represented that the Depot Manager, who is directed to take a firm decision, was placed under suspension, which necessitated the Deputy Chief Traffic Manager, Warangal to pass the above orders. In view of the above circumstances, we feel that no further orders are necessary in this appeal. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed. Since the main writ petition is pending, both the parties are at liberty to agitate the matter before the learned single Judge. No order as to costs. ______________________ Justice A.
