JUDGMENT:- (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice V.Eswaraiah) The learned counsel for the appellant-plaintiff has fairly submitted that in view of the order dated 26.12.2003 passed in I.A. No.516 of 2003 in O.S. No. 266 of 2002, by X Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad holding that the suit is barred by res judicata, and the fact that the C.R.P. No.825 of 2004 filed against the order dated 26.12.2003 was also dismissed by this Court by order dated 20.02.2004, nothing survives for further adjudication in this appeal. The submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant is placed on record, and accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. No order as to costs. V. ESWARAIAH, ________________ J 20.04.2011 V.
