RAMANA Writ Petition No. 8954 of 2008 Order: The petitioner by filing this writ petition is seeking injunction against respondent No.4, who is a private respondent. The petitioner cannot be allowed to convert the proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India into civil proceedings before a Civil Court and seek injunction against private party. If the unofficial respondent is trying to interfere with his possession, his remedy is to approach the competent Civil Court and obtain necessary orders.
