When this matter was taken up for consideration, Sri S. Ravinder Reddy, leamed counsel for the petitioners, and Sri P. Sajan Kumar, learned counsel for respondent No.2, submitted that during the pendency of this Criminal petition, petitioner No.4, namely Smt.
Kotha Jaya, passed away, and at the instance of elders and well-wishers, the parties have amicably settled the disputes pending between them. Both the rearned counsel further submitted that the parties intend to file necessary applications before the triar court in c.C. No. 172 of 20lg on rhe fire of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Huzurabad, for recording the compromise, and that they wish to settle rhe matter before the tok Adalat. They arso submitted that a civil suit is pending before the competent Civil Court, and in both matters, the parties propose to hle necessary applications before the respective trial courts for recording the compromise. They further submitted that in view of the settlement, no further adjudication is required in the present criminal petition, and requested that liberty be granted to the parties to approach the trial Court and file necessary applications in C.C. No.l72 of 201g on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Huzurabad, as well as in the suit pending before the Civil Court t t ::2 2 In view of the above submissions, no furth,: adludication is required.
