Judgment
Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the respondents in not paying the salaries to the petitioners as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to pay salaries to the petitioners without reference to section 116 (c) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964.
