ORDER:
This Contempt Case, under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is filed to punish the respondents for willful, deliberate and wanton disobedience of the order of this Court, dated
02.07.2004, in W.P.No.11083 of 2004, whereunder and whereby, the punishment of major penalty imposed by respondent No.2 against the petitioner was reduced with a slight modification and the impugned proceedings of respondent No.2 was modified deferring one annual increment without any cumulative effect.
Heard both sides.
Learned counsel for the respondents stated that the order of this Court, dated 02.07.2004, in W.P.No.11083 of 2004, had been complied with.
