O R D E R(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for drawing up of contempt proceeding against the respondents for violation and disobedience of the Judgment and Order dated 21.11.2023 passed in WP(C) No.699 of 2023 by this Court.
Heard Mrs. S. Deb(Gupta), learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. P. Datta, learned counsel along with Mr. S. Choudhury, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
It is represented by Mr. P. Datta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent that by communication date
05.08.2024, the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the same has been placed on record. Mrs. S. Deb(Gupta), learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not objected to the said submission.
Accordingly, in view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this present contempt case stands closed.
