#2. He;trd learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L. Ravinder, leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the responderf Nos.l to 6. Perused the record.

Leamed counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.0.35 guntas in Survey No.203ll/l/llll2, situated at Medipally Village, Ramagundam Mandal, Peddappalli District having succeeded as ancest:al property and the petitioner has made an F-Line applicatiorr No.DER022501 158359, dated 04.06.2025 to respondent No.5 seeking to conduct survey along with necessary documents and requisite fe'es. The said application has been rejected on I I . I 1.2025 by respondent No.5 vide Lr.No.B/Fl712025 for the reason that tippon not --'/ 3 EW,J wP 618 2026 available for the said survey number Therefore, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the demarcation could not be conducted because the Tippon of Survey No.203, Medipally village is not available in the records and that during the survey, the Mandal Surveyor received an objection letter from Sri Merugu Rajanarsaiah, requesting to withhold the survey and not to proceed further and would further submit that the respondent No.5 directed the petitioner to approach the higher authorities of survey and land records to demarcate the boundary of Survey No.203 of Medipally Village, Ramagundam Mandal, Peddappalli District, the petitioner instead of approaching the higher authorities frled this writ petition and hence, would seek to pass appropriate orders.
#5. It is relevant to note that if Tippon of a particular village is not available, respondent No.5 has to consider village map and also Tonch \ map of the said village. On the ground of non-availability of Tippon, respondent No.5 cannot reject the request of the petitioner. Therefore, the said letter dated I 1.1 I .2025 of respondent No.5 is not on -4 EW,j wP 618 2026 consideration of actual facts and law, it is liable to be set aside and according; ly set aside.

In'riew of the aforesaid discussion, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.5 to consider the aforesaid F-line application dated 04.06.2025 submitted by the petitioner afresh and conduct survey with the help of village map or Tonch map of the aforesaid village and demarcate the aforesaid land of the petitioner by fixing the boundaries, strictly in accordance ',vith law, by putting the petitioner and all affected parties on notice and affording them an opportunity of hearing. If he is no inclined to accept the request made by the pet.itioner, he shall assign specific reasons, pass a reasoned order and r;ommunicate copy of the said order to the petitioner herein. He shall complete the entire exercise within a period of forty five (45) days from :he date of receipt of a copy oi this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
