THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOUSHAD ALI Writ Petition No.3024 of 2001 ORDER Sri M. Vidyasagar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that since the controversy as to whether the petitioner is the daughter of the founder of the Institution, namely Mahanth Ramachandra Das, has to be established in a Court of law on the basis of some evidence, the petitioner does not wish to pursue this writ petition to avail the remedy under Section 81(1)(h) of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987.
Operative part
In view of the said submission, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the said remedy and to urge all the grounds raised in the writ petition, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. No order as to costs.
