ORDER :
When the matter was listed on 20.4.2011, it was directed to be posted after Summer Vacation, 2011. Accordingly, the matter was listed on 11.7.2011 and 6.9.2011 and on both the occasions, none appeared for the petitioner. Even today, when the matter is called, none appears the petitioner and is no representation.
Heard learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.
The petitioner is a Fair Price Shop dealer of Kokkarchedu Village, Halaharvi Mandal, Kurnool District. By means of the impugned proceedings in Rc.No.A/181/2010, dated .12.2010 (signed on 18.12.2010), the 2nd respondent-Tahsildar, Halaharvi Mandal, suspended her authorisation for a period of ninety days. The said order has not been interdicted and consequently the said period of suspension has expired. As such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
