The applicant accused and the original complainant- respondent No.2 herein are present before the Lok Adalat.
Mr. Jaimin Narayanbhai, Partner and Administrator of Rajvi Food World - respondent no. 2 has tendered affidavit of settlement.
In the affidavit, the respondent No. 2 i.e. Jaimin Narayanbhai, has stated that now the entire dispute has been settled between the parties herein and there remains no grievance between the deponent and the applicant. Respondent No.2 has no objection if the impugned judgment and order passed in Criminal Case No.9030 of 2024 passed by Learned Special Judge N.I. Act Court, Vadodara, dated 06.05.2023 is quashed and R/CR.MA/13075/2025 CONCILIATION ORDER DATED: 12/07/2025 set aside by this court with the consent.
The affidavit of the complainant-respondent No.2 dated
27.06.2025 is already taken on record.
It is needless to clarify that the settlement is purely based upon the exceptional facts and circumstances and the same shall not be treated as precedent or it shall not be referred/used anywhere in any form or any manner by either side and it shall not affect any other proceedings or alike proceedings pending before any Tribunal/Authority or any Court including the High Court in any manner.
