Judgment
CORAM:HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE N.S.SANJAY GOWDA Date : 20/06/2025 ORAL ORDER
Though the prayer in this writ petition is to quash the order of termination dated 23.11.2020, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if the their representation dated 30.11.2020 (Annexure-H) is considered by the respondents and he would not press the petition for determining the validity of the order of termination.
In my view, since the petitioners have submitted the representation in which they have requested for reconsidering the order of termination, it would be appropriate to direct the State Project Coordinator, who is superior to the respondent No.2 herein, i.e. District Project Coordinator, to consider the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law and pass an appropriate order within a period of FOUR WEEKS from C/SCA/1673/2021 ORDER DATED: 20/06/2025 the date of receipt of copy of this order.
It is needless to say that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and no opinion is expressed thereon.
The respondent No.1- State Project Coordinator shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioners
30.11.2020 on its own merits and strictly in accordance with law.
