Judgment

Operative part

BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KALYAN RAI SURANA Date : 11.11.2025 ORDER Heard Mr. B. Picha, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Ms. G. Ete, learned Additional Senior Govt. Advocate appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 5, and Mr. K. Loya, learned CGC appearing for respondent nos. 6 to 9. By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for condoning the delay of 10 (ten) days beyond the period of limitation in filing the connected review petition. Although the learned Additional Senior Govt. Advocate and learned CGC has opposed the prayer made in this interlocutory application, considering the projection made, the Court is inclined to condone the delay of 10 (ten) days beyond the period of limitation in filing the review petition. In the meantime, the learned counsel for the applicant shall also serve requisite extra copies of the connected review petition to the learned Additional Senior Govt. Advocate and CGC within 2 (two) days. Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of. The connected review petition shall now be listed before the Court.
