The petitioner on completion of 25 years of service as work charged, made a representation on 17.06.2022 before the Engineer-in-Chief, NPWD, Nagaland, Kohima requesting for minimum scale of pay. The petitioner also places reliance in the order dated 24.09.2018 passed by this Court in W.P. (C)167 (K) of 2018. The said representation is still pending for disposal before the respondent No.3/the Engineer-in-Chief, NPWD, Nagaland, Kohima. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of at the motion stage by directing the respondent No.3 to consider the representation and dispose of the same by a speaking order and in accordance with law within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order of this Court.
