This petition was filed against notice dated 23.2.2012 under Section 13( 2) of the Securitization & Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. On 24.4.2012, learned counsel for the petitioner made a statement that t he amount due will be paid within six months. Learned counsel for the petitioner now states that the amount due has si nce been paid. A certificate dated 14.12.2012 has also been produced from the Ba nk stating that no dues are outstanding. In view of the above, no further order is necessary. The petition is disposed of.
