By this application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioner, namely, Sri Sanjay Shah in connection with Demow P.S. Case No. 156/2013 under Sections 3 / 4 Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act. The allegation made aginst the petitioner is that the petitioner used to run im moral activities from his house. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for both the parties and considering the evidence so far collected by the I.O. as well as the nature of alleged offen ce, I do not find it to be a fit case to grant privilege of pre-arrest bail to t he petitioner. Hence, the prayer for pre-arrest bail is rejected. Return the C.D. The bail application is disposed of.
