In view of the above, the bail petition is allowed. Accordingly, it is directed that in the event of arrest o f the petitioner, namely, Sri Bishnu Momin shall be released on pre-arrest bail of Rs. 15,000/- with one local surety of the like amount to the satisfaction o f arresting authority in connection with CID P.S.Case No.14/2011 registered U/ss 120B/420/406 IPC, subject to the condition that he shall appear before the I.O. as and when required and shall cooperate with the investigation of the case. Bail application stands disposed of.
