Mr. Gogoi, learned Addl. PP for the State in his usual fairness submits before the Court that the dispute of the present case is of civil nature. In view of the submissions made before this Court, the ad interim pre-ar rest bail dated 23.12.2011 in connection with Gitanagar PS Case No.210 of 2011 u nder Sections 420/406 of IPC is made absolute. As such, in the event of arrest of the petitioner, namely, Md. Mujibur Rahman, i n connection with the aforesaid police station case, he shall immediately be rel eased on bail on execution of a bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) onl y supported by one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arrestin g authority. This benefit is granted on the condition that the petitioner shall not induce or allure any of the witnesses of the case or persons acquainted with the facts and circumstances of the case. With this observation and direction, this petition is allowed and stands dispose d of.
