Mr. K.S. Pradhan, Deputy Registrar of Companies appearing for Registrar of Companies states that he has no objection to the name of the petitioner-company being restored provided petitioner-company files pending statutory returns, i.e., Annual Returns and Balance Sheets and pays additional fee as prescribed under law. The petitioner-company has already filed no objection from other shareholders and directors of company along with the petition. Accordingly, upon payment of costs of Rs. 1,00,000/- within a period of six weeks, the name of the petitioner-company shall stand restored and its status would be changed from inactive to active company. Petitioner-company is granted four weeks' time to file statutory documents, like Annual Returns and Balance Sheets for the outstanding period along with the prescribed fees in accordance with law.
