ItistheallegationofthePetitionerthatRespondentNo.3-AnshuKaushikalongwithhismotheri.e.RespondentNo.4hastheillegalcustodyofhisdaughter.
8. On10thFebruary,2025,the StatewasdirectedtoverifythesuspicionsraisedbythePetitioner. Further, itwasdirectedtoproducethemissinggirlasalsotheRespondentNos.3and4onthenextdateofhearing. 9. Thematterwasthentakenupon13thFebruary,2025.Astatusreportdated12thFebruary,2025wasplacedonrecord. ThesameinformedtheCourtthataletterhadbeenreceivedthroughspeedpostbyPSTigri, purportedlywrittenbythedaughterofthePetitioner, statingthatshehadgonewithRespondentNo.3onherownfreeWill. Thedateofbirthcertificateofthegirlwasalsoattachedtothesaidletter, confirmingherdateofbirthtobe18thJanuary,2007.10.On13thFebruary,2025,certainleadshadbeenreceivedbythepoliceandthematterwasadjournedto21stFebruary,2025withadirectionforproductionofthegirlandtheboy. 11. Today, thegirlandtheboyi.e.,RespondentNo.3havebeenproducedinCourt. TheparentsofthegirlarealsopresentbeforetheCourt. TheCourthashadinchamberinteractionwithallthepartiespresent. However, therewasnoagreementformarriagefromthesideofthegirl’sparents, therefore, shedecidedtoleaveherhouse. 13. Today, thegirlhasbeenagainaskedastowhethershewouldliketoaccompanyherparentswhohavesubmittedbeforetheCourtthattheyarewillingtogetthecouplemarriedafterthegirl’sclass11examinationisover. However, thegirlexpressesapprehensionsandstatesthatshedoesnotwishtoaccompanyherparents. 14. Undersuchcircumstances, consideringthatthegirlisamajor, thegirlandtheboyarefreetoresidewiththeboy’sfamilyinDelhi. Thegirlhassubmittedthatshehasmarriedtheboy.
15. Inviewthereof, nofurtherordersarecalledforinthispetition. Theparentsofthegirlhaveagreedandundertakennottolevelanythreatsormakeanyallegationsagainsttheboyorthegirl. TheconcernedInvestigatingOfficershallbeintouchwiththecoupletoensuretheirwell-being. 16. Thepetitionisdisposedofintheaboveterms. Pendingapplications, ifany, arealsodisposedof.
