The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 183 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 354, 342, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has shot at the victim.
The petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2023 and the medical report also supports the prosecution case.
Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4416 of 2024(4) dt.19-04-2024
