CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR
ORAL ORDER ------------------
04-12-2013 Heard. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 10300 of 2008, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 31-07-2013. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that under wrong impression, the requisites were filed in respect of respondent nos. 2 & 3 only on assumption that respondent no. 1 was being represented by respondent no. 2 and same will serve the purpose. Subsequently, the petitioner has already filed requisite in respect of respondent no. 1, in view of order dated 31-07-2013. Accordingly, C.W.J.C. No. 10300 of 2008 stands restored to its original file. Anay (Rakesh Kumar, J.)
