SINHA ORAL ORDER 3 03-06-2013 Counsel for the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit placing on record the injury-report of the victim Amit Kumar. State. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code on the allegation that he assaulted Amit Kumar with sword while Amit Kumar and the petitioner was participating in the immersion of idol of Goddess Laxmi on 17.11.2012. The injury-report brought on record indicates that Amit Kumar suffered simple injury. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that besides the present case petitioner is not accused in any other case. Let the petitioner (named above) surrender in the court below within four weeks the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below whereafter the court below should verify the antecedent of the Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15859 of 2013 (2) dt.03-06-2013 2 petitioner and if he is not accused in any other case besides the present one, he be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Sirdala (Meskaur) P.S. Case No. 193 of 2012, G.R. No. 2795/12, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. Until verification of the antecedent of the petitioner is made, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner (named above).
