CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 3 15-02-2012 Supplementary affidavit is filed on behalf of the petitioner. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State assisted by learned counsel for the informant. Petitioner, being father-in-law of the informant, is in jail custody since 11-01-2012 in a case registered under Section-498A of the Indian Penal Code but it would appear from perusal of the first information report that no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner. Moreover, it appears that marriage of informant was love marriage and her husband has not been made accused in the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner, namely, Ram Prakash Sah @ Ram Prakash Sahu be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nirmali P.S. Case No. 58 of 2011 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, District-Supaul. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./-
