CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 2 20-09-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 21-07-2012 in a case registered under Section-7 of Essential Commodities Act on the charges that he stored fertilizers without having valid licence. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the son of the petitioner had valid licence of selling and storing fertilizers but unfortunately, the aforesaid licence could not be renewed and in the meantime, the petitioner has been arrested in this case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, the petitioner, namely, Rama Shankar Prasad is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Majorganj P. S. Case No. 106 of 2012 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./-
