JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 4 18-06-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being class-III employee in the Road Construction Department is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 7/13(2) read with Section 13(1)(E) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. Initially, the petitioner was apprehended in a trap case in which the petitioner has been granted bail, subsequently, D.A. case was instituted in which disproportionate assets has been calculated by the vigilance to the tune of Rs. 7,86,939/-. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Vigilance that the investigation is complete in the D.A. case. Considering the fact that the investigation is complete in the D.A. case, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8579 of 2012 (4) dt.18-06-2012 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Vigilance 1st Patna in connection with Special Case No. 54 of 2010, Vigilance Case No. 83 of 2010, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
