Judgment
24.1.2005, as contained in Annexure 2, and as such, the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence in disbursement of loan. The learned Standing Counsel appearing Central Bureau 2 Investigation opposes the prayer for bail and submits that during the investigation, material has come to show that the petitioner had sanctioned several loans out of which many of them were found to be fictitious. The purpose frustrated installation of tube wells was found during the investigation and the authority having found materials against the petitioner, chargesheet had been submitted. Considering circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application is, accordingly, dismissed. PNM (Shailesh Kumar Sinha, J.)
