learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered under Sections 120(B), 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act,
1988. Submission is that the petitioner is introducer of Pravin Kumar Sinha. The petitioner has claimed that he is resident of the same locality to which Pravin Kumar Sinha belongs. The petitioner is not at all connected with the settlement of any false claim. He is a record clerk and has no concern with the offence alleged. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State through C.B.I. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner has destroyed some records and the petitioner is in custody only since three months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Bijendra Jha is ordered to be released - 2 - on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, C.B.I., North Bihar, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 3 of 2005/R.C.
