10.12.2013 Heard learned counsel for the parties. Writ application stands disposed off with a direction upon the respondents to settle the PF issue by authorizing the balance amount to the petitioner without further delay, preferably within a period of four weeks from today. The question of GIC will also be looked into and expedited taking up the cause with the LIC authorities. No further direction is required to be issued in view of the termination of the petitioner’s husband way Patna High Court CWJC No.10671 of 2013 (3) dt.10-12-2013 back in the year 2003, which has been upheld right up till the Apex Court.
