JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 5 08-05-2013 Today a Xerox copy of the forwarding as well as the cheque issued in favour of the College in question amounting to Rs.31, 758/- dated 7.5.2013 has been produced. This cheque has been issued for payment of arrears of salary of the petitioner which has been indicated to have been due between 1.3.1989 to February, 1996 as well as April, 1997. 2 Patna High Court MJC No.749 of 2013 (5) dt.08-05-2013 Let the petitioner accept the above payment from the College in question. It is made clear to the authorities of the College including the Principal of the College or the Secretary not to create any impediment in release of fund in favour of the petitioner, which must be done forthwith. The claim of the petitioner that some other similarly situated persons have been given their arrears from December, 1986 and not from 1.3.1989 is a matter to be looked into, verified and decision to be taken on this score within a reasonable time- frame if the petitioner approaches.
