#2. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Chhatapur P.S. Case No.403 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 & 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
#3. One dead-body was recovered and the F.I.R. was registered against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 08.12.2023.
#4. During investigation, the involvement of the petitioner has come. Witnesses have said that they have seen the petitioner taking the deceased on a motorcycle and one witness has said that he has seen the petitioner coming back alone.
