Provisions considered
Judgment
the A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is an accused in a case under Section 7 and 8 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been apprehended as he was sitting on the birth in the bogie near the air-bag containing GANJA. However, the prosecution case is quite different. In the facts stated in the First Information Report, I am not inclined to grant bail to the above named petitioner. This application is accordingly dismissed. Anand ( Sheema Ali Khan, J.)
