Regard being had to the above facts and circumstances and the contention, let petitioner namely Vidyarthi Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge, IXth, Patna, in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. case no.422 of 2007. ( Dharnidhar Jha, J )
