Operative part
The State Of Bihar. Jyoti Prabha @ Deepa, wife of Ram Anek Thakur, resident of Village & P.O.-Mehsaul, P.S.-Runnisaidpur, District-Sitamarhi. .... .... Opposite Parties ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 3 13-02-2013 Heard both sides. This Criminal Revision is directed against the order dated 26.08.2011 passed in Maintenance Case No. 182 of 2009 by the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur, whereby the learned Principal Judge, Family Court directed the petitioner to pay Rs. 3,000/- per month by way of interim maintenance to his wife/opposite party no. 2, Jyoti Prabha. On going through the impugned order, apparently, I find no illegality for interference with the same in revisional jurisdiction. Accordingly this Criminal Revision stands dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to raise his point under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in trial court. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Safik/-
