08-05-2012. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. This application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal procedure has been filed to quash the order dated
2.4.2008 passed in Chakia P.S.Case No.11 of 2006 by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran whereby learned Chief Judicial Magistrate cognizance of the offices under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner. Having regard to the materials on record and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I do not find any error in the order impugned. Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
