2. The application has been filed for restoration Criminal Revision No. 704 of 2024 on 15.05.2025. On perusal of the application, I find that sufficient cause has been shown to prove that the petitioner was prevented from taking appropriate step on the date on which, the criminal revision was dismissed for non-proseuction. The present restoration application is within the time of limitation.
Operative part
In view of such circumstances, the present restoration application is allowed and Criminal Revision No. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34943 of 2025(2) dt.20-06-2025 704 of 2024 is restored to its original file.
