JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH) 3 26-04-2022 The petitioners have a grievance against the action of the respondents of demand of licence fee with increment from retrospective effect, which, according to the petitioners, is in contravention of relevant guidelines issued by the Railway Board in relation to commercial plots settled in their favour. Patna High Court CWJC No.11186 of 2021(3) dt.26-04-2022 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with a liberty to approach the General Manager, East Central Railway, Zonal Office, Hajipur, raising the grievance as has been raised in the writ petition. This application is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as sought. It goes without saying that the petitioners shall be at liberty to raise all such points, which have been raised in the present writ application, before the General Manager in his representation since we have not gone into the merits of such contentions.
