Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today. This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Dehri Town P.S. Case No. 68 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 379 411, 120-B, 307, 353, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 4(1-A), 21(1) D.E. Act, under Section 40(1) of B.M.
