It is common ground that the impugned order dated
10.09.2012 passed in Cr. Revision No. 244 of 2012 by which the Court had not interfered in the order dated 25.11.2011 by which the amendment was allowed in favour of Opposite Party no. 2 by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Case No. 332M of 2006, as of now, has become infructuous for the reason that the original Case No. 332M of 2006 has been taken to its logical conclusion and final order has been passed in the same. In view of the aforesaid, the application stands Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4721 of 2013 (5) dt.12-09-2013 disposed off as infructuous. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the said final order passed in case No. 332M of 2006 in accordance with law. Prakash/- (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J)
