JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 2 13-06-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State. There happens to be allegation of recovery of 19 packets of Ganja from the vehicle bearing registration no. BR-05-P-4399 which was left abandoned by the driver on being chased by the police. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner happens to be owner of the vehicle in question which has been registered as Taxi and so it might be possible that the same has been kept by passengers during course of its plying. Further submitted that there is no presence of petitioner at the spot. There happens to be no recovery from his conscious possession. Annexure-4 happens to be the owner book showing the class of vehicle as Taxi. Learned APP opposed the prayer and submitted that there happens to be recovery from the vehicle. Taking into account the nature of the vehicle Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21789 of 2012 (2) dt.13-06-2012 2 classified as Taxi, petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Begusarai in connection with NDPS Case No. 04/2011 arising out of Barauni (Chakia O.P.) P.S. Case No. 92 of
