This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Cheriabariyarpur P.S. Case No. 311 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 188/290/120(B) of the IPC and 30(a)/32(ii)(iii)/36/41(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. About 1440.825 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from a truck. The petitioner is in custody since
24.11.2022. Considering the period of custody as well as the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8205 of 2023(2) dt.03-05-2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court 1st Begusarai, in connection with Cheriabariyarpur P.S.
