JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 18-04-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 3 R.P. (U.P.) Act. Two persons were arrested when from them stolen articles of railway were recovered. On their confession the names of the petitioners were sprang up. A statement has been made petitioners have no criminal antecedent and other similarly situated co-accused Jawahir Yadav has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 42213 of

2011. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13946 of 2012 (2) dt.18-04-2012 event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul (Lakhisarai) in connection with R.P.F. Jhajha Post Case No. 04 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. DKS/ (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.) .
