JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 29-05-2013 Heard Mr. Raj Bansh Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ajay Mishra, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2012 in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 158 of 2012 for the offences punishable under Sections 274, 275, 276, 417, 418, 419, 420, 467, 468, 470, 471, 328, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 18 (c), 18(A), 18(b), 27(c), 27(b)(ii), 28, 33 of the E.E.C., 33(i) of the Drugs and Cosmetic Act, 1940 and 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9(A) of Magic Remedies Act, 1954. As per the allegation, the petitioner along with 34 labourers was apprehended while preparing spurious medicines. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the Vaidya under whom the petitioner was working is a labour, has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated
