JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 5 05-08-2013 The petitioner retired on 31.10.2001 from the post of Tutor in J. L. N. Medical College, Bhagalpur. He prays for quashing the pay/leave salary slip dated 20.3.2001 issued by the Accountant General, Bihar by which his pension has wrongly been fixed in lower scale as he was entitled for ACP. Counter affidavit has been filed by the State stating that the petitioner has already been granted ACP and its benefit in fixation of pension and gratuity. Patna High Court CWJC No.12445 of 2006 (5) dt.05-08-2013 The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to represent to the authorities concerned if he is still aggrieved.
