JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER Patna High Court CWJC No.5101 of 2010 (14) dt.28-06-2012 7 - 7 - 14 28-06-2012 Heard counsel for the petitioners and the State as well as counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent no.7. The issue involved in these writ applications has already been recorded in detail in order dated 29.2.2012. Thereafter, on the request of counsel for the parties, the cases have been adjourned from time to time as settlement was being expected. Counsel respondent no.7 states petitioners following writ applications namely C.W.J.C.Nos.4715, 5248, 4696, 5212, 4569, 4644, 5428, 5365, 5173, 5185, 6838, 6875 and 5213 of 2010 have been paid their respective dues and further process is on for settling the disputes with other writ petitioners. As payment to aforesaid 13 writ petitioners has already been made by respondent no.7, I do not inclined to keep their writ petitions pending any longer. The writ petitions bearing C.W.J.C.Nos.4715, 5248, 4696, 5212, 4569, 4644, 5428, 5365, 5173, 5185, 6838, 6875 and 5213 of 2010 are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners that in case they are aggrieved with their payment, they may approach respondent no.7 settlement. In such circumstances, the petitioners have to give the details about their claims to respondent no.7. These writ Patna High Court CWJC No.5101 of 2010 (14) dt.28-06-2012 8 - 8 - applications stands disposed of. On a prayer made by counsel for respondent no.7, the matter is adjourned for further four weeks, within which time all efforts should be made to settle the dispute of the remaining writ petitioners.
