PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short “Cr.P.C.”) has been filed, by the Petitioners/A.4 and A.5, seeking to quash the Proceedings against them in CC No.688 of 2021 on the file of the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bantumilli.
Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1/State would submit that the accused were acquitted by the Trial Court on 09.06.2023 and that the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the relief has become infructuous.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for respondent No.2 are in attendance.
