JUDGMENT:

(per Hon’ble Sri Justice Ravi Nath Tilhari) The petition filed by the paternal grand-parents seeking appointment as guardians of minor child or to appoint any other person as guardian of the minor child enabling them to look after welfare of the minor child under Section15 of Guardian and Wards Act was dismissed by the learned Principal District Judge at West Godavari, Eluru. Aggrieved by the same, the present appeal was preferred by the paternal grand-parents.

Request has been made on behalf of learned counsel for the appellants for adjournment.

During pendency of the appeal, the minor child attained majority.
