ORDER:-
The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the highhanded action of the Respondents 1 to 5, pursuant to the order dated 18.11.2021 issued by the Respondent No.3 often seeking presence of the Petitioner and harassing him and his family members in pure civil case as illegal and arbitrary.
None represented for the Petitioners. Heard Mr. V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader, Home for the Respondents.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader, Home would submit that a Crime has been registered against Respondent No.13 and others, vide Crime Nos.153, 154 and 157 of 2021 respectively for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with 34 of IPC of CCS, Hyderabad. The Respondent/ Police never harassed the Petitioner and his family members relating to Crime Nos.264 of 2021 and 588 of 2021 of Atkur Police Station and Bhavanipuram Police Station.
Operative part
Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Respondent/ Police are directed to follow due process of law relating to the Crimes registered against the Petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
