(per Hon’ble Sri Justice Maheswara Rao Kuncheam) The appellant/plaintiff filed O.S.No.69 of 2006 before the Court of the District Judge, Rajahmundry for recovery of damages along with interest, which was dismissed on merits vide orders dated 09.01.2013. Being aggrieved by the same, the instant appeal has been filed.
On 10.07.2025, the following order was passed: “None appeared on either side. Post after four weeks in the weekly cause list.”
Today also there is no representation on either side, even in the revised call.
